Marcello is a supervising associate in our Structured Finance Group in the Milan office.
Marcello has gained experience in financing and securitisation transactions (including SMEs, revolving transactions and real estate transactions).
He advises arrangers, lenders, borrowers, note issuers, originators, servicers and trustees on domestic and cross-border securitisations, project financing, basket bonds, covered bonds and other asset-backed schemes.
Marcello joined us in 2023.
