Eric is an Associate in the Banking, Capital Markets and Regulatory department at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP.
His area of expertise is centred on domestic and cross-border capital markets and financings, with a particular emphasis on leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, fund finance and securitizations. Alongside this he regularly handles, real estate financings and selected project-finance mandates in the energy sector.
Eric is proficient in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish.
His educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business Law and a Diploma of Company Legal Counsel (DJCE) from Aix-Marseille University. He is also a graduate of the Erasmus University Rotterdam’s European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course and holds a certificate in insolvency and restructuring law from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
