Eliza is a Supervising Associate in the Disputes & Investigations team in London, with experience of a range of significant and complex disputes for large corporations and states.
Eliza acts for clients in a variety of sectors, with particular experience of working with companies in the telecommunications, media and technology sector. She regularly acts for some of the world's largest technology companies on matters including collective proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, complex commercial litigation, AI regulation and regulatory investigations.
Eliza is also a member of the firm's Arbitration Group, with experience of both commercial and investor-state arbitration, including under the ICC and LCIA Rules and UNCITRAL. She has particular expertise in matters of state immunity and arbitration-related enforcement proceedings in the English courts, and regularly advises on issues of public international law.
Eliza is a qualified Solicitor Advocate (Higher Rights Civil), and has experience of working in-house, having previously been seconded to the legal team of a large multinational corporation.
