Natasha is a Supervising Associate in the UK Digital Business team.
Natasha advises international clients across a number of industries and sectors, including financial institutions, technology, telecoms, and healthcare. Natasha specialises in advising clients across a wide range of data protection and privacy issues. Such work includes:
- developing external and internal-facing data protection policies and agreements;
- conducting privacy compliance assessments including in connection with cutting edge technology involving AI;
- assisting clients in responding to data subject requests including large-scale DSARs;
- delivering data protection training sessions to clients;
- advising on the implementation of cookies and marketing journeys;
- assisting with privacy due diligence in connection with corporate transactions;
- assisting clients in responding to cybersecurity incidents and personal data breaches; and
- managing data protection compliance projects including by working closely with clients to ensure compliance with the impacts of Schrems II.
Natasha has completed a secondment to Goldman Sachs, sitting in the Privacy Legal team and supporting the business in its day-to-day privacy compliance.
Natasha is a member of our Data Protection Cross-Border Group and our Cybersecurity Working Group and has been heavily involved in developing our “CtrlTransfer” product offering.
