Julien Aubry is an associate in the Paris office at Simmons & Simmons. His practice encompasses the full range of competition law, including merger control, anti-competitive practices and distribution, as well as EU general law and consumer law.
He works on both advisory and contentious matters, at both national and international levels. He represents clients before competition authorities as well as civil and commercial courts. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2022 and being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, Julien completed several internships in international law firms in Paris and Brussels.
Julien graduated from HEC Paris (Specialized Master in International Law and Management) and holds a Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE). He also holds a Certificate of Specialized Studies in Economic Law from the University of Montpellier.
