She advises banking institutions, financial advisors, investment funds, and multinational companies on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters.
Her areas of expertise include taxation of mergers and acquisitions, financial instruments, structured and cross-border financings, acquisition of large tax receivables, and VAT. She regularly assists clients in connection with tax ruling requests and tax refund claims.
