Antoine is a Supervising Associate within our Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He advises on the structuring, formation, marketing and operation of alternative investment funds of all types of asset classes (including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private debt), on the establishment and operation of alternative investment fund managers, and also investors in relation to their prospective investments in Luxembourg alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2023, Antoine worked for several years as a Fund lawyer at a leading Luxembourg law firm as well as an in-house in Paris. He graduated from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris-Saclay and is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (“Avocat à la Cour” – List I).
Antoine is fluent in English and is a native French speaker.
