Alice is a London-based supervising associate in the Competition, Antitrust and Trade team. She advises on a range of EU and UK competition law matters, including merger control, FDI, competition damages actions and behavioural issues.
Alice advises clients in complex, fact-heavy antitrust litigation and investigations in front of the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the UK competition regulators. She has also advised a number of clients in the financial services, technology, telecoms, energy and infrastructure and consumer goods sectors on abuse of dominance issues and anti-competitive agreements.
Alice also advises clients in relation to UK national security and foreign direct investment rules and is a core member of the firm’s trade sanctions practice, advising on UK and EU trade sanctions and export controls.
