Leslie Mok is a member of the Corporate Tax team.
He advises clients on a broad range of tax issues on both transactional and advisory matters, with a recent focus on the asset management and financial institution sectors. His tax diet often involves fund structuring, fund investment negotiations, cross-border taxation, real estate transactions, structured finance and securitisations.
Leslie recently completed a client secondment at a leading US investment bank, providing close tax support on a number of product launches by the bank's alternative investments division. He also previously worked at the Financial Conduct Authority (General Counsel's Division) during the Brexit negotiations.
Leslie trained at Simmons and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.
