Galvin Chua is an Of Counsel in our Hong Kong and Singapore banking and finance practice. Galvin specialises in transactional banking and other debt related products such as structured and acquisition finance, equity-backed finance, funds finance, project finance, asset finance and other event-driven financings.
He advises commercial banks, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and alternative financing providers in structured financings, direct lending and other special situation financings across the APAC region.
His extensive experience includes time in the firm’s Hong Kong office and with another international law firm. Galvin is fluent in English and Mandarin. He is admitted in England and Wales, Hong Kong and Singapore.
