Luca is a supervising associate and member of the tax team, which is part of the Milan office financial markets group.
He specialises in the taxation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate income tax. Luca advises a wide range of domestic and international clients including investment funds, banks and multinationals.
