Camille leads the Digital Business Practice in our Luxembourg office. With over 15 years' experience, including 4 years in the legal service of the Court of Justice of the EU, Camille is recognised as a leading authority on digital regulation, advising on a broad spectrum of issues including data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
Her legal expertise also spans both transactional and contentious matters, enabling her to provide clients with comprehensive, strategic guidance throughout their digital transformation journeys. Camille regularly advises major financial institutions on compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and supports clients across a range of industries in their digitalisation initiatives and the development of innovative digital products. A trusted adviser to ICT companies (Software publishers, cloud service providers, FinTech, RegTech, digital platforms), Camille assists with the protection of proprietary technologies, the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and intellectual property matters.
She has also developed strong expertise in digital health and MedTech, underpinned by an in-depth understanding of the local and European ecosystem. She is the author of Luxembourg Pharmaceutical Law (2021) and is widely recognised for her expertise in the pharmaceutical sector in Luxembourg.
Before becoming a lawyer, Camille worked from 2008 to 2012 at the EU Court of Justice in Luxembourg. As part of her responsibilities, she reviewed and assisted the drafting of judgments of the Courts in IP technology and competition law matters, such as CISAC v Commission (on the enforcement of EU competition laws against royalty collection organisations). Her approach is pragmatic and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice and building lasting client relationships.
