Josh Farquharson is a supervising associate in our International Dispute Resolution Group based in London and a member of the firm's Contentious Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) group. As part of the Disputes & Investigations team he maintains a broad practice with recent experience acting in high profile, high value disputes, including collective proceedings and litigation heard in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
