Lily is a supervising associate in the firm’s Disputes & Investigations team in London, specialising in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. Her recent experience includes defending a $800m dishonest assistance claim in the banking industry and acting on a range of aircraft leasing disputes. She also has experience acting in cross-border arbitrations in the TMT and ENRI sectors, and advising on contentious regulatory investigations.
Lily is a member of the Dispute Resolution focus group on jurisdiction issues and secretary of the firm’s gender network, TNOC, in London.
Lily trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons, including a secondment to the firm’s Financial Markets team in Paris.
