Andreas is an investment funds specialist based in our Madrid office. He has extensive experience advising on all aspects of private funds, including the formation of large international private equity funds, technology funds, credit funds and real estate funds, as well as carried interest and co-investment structures. Andreas’ practice also includes advising major institutional investors in relation to their investments in private funds.
