Julien has experience in labour and employment law, providing both advisory and litigation services for French and foreign companies, as well as executives, relating to collective or individual issues.
In particular, he defines and launches reorganisation projects, collective agreements, acquisition and compliance audits. He also handles hiring and termination processes for employees and managing executives, and assists clients on expatriation, secondment, health and safety issues and with their relationship with staff representatives and their experts.
Julien is also an expert in global reward related issues, employee savings and stock incentive plans. He has conducted legal analysis to design, optimise and harmonise incentive award schemes, international stock plans and savings plans, pension plans and deferred bonus plans. He has further expertise in defining and implementing compensation policies adapted to banking and financial institutions and in compliance with regulations and governance rules.
