Rachel is a Company Secretarial Manager based in our Dublin office. She has a broad range of experience and knowledge of the Irish Funds industry and the provision of company secretarial and governance services to a wide variety of investment vehicles including QIAIFs, UCITS and regulated management companies. Rachel also provides administration services and support to corporate vehicles and property management companies. She mainly specialises in the co-ordination of and attending director and shareholder meetings, the preparation of minutes, communication with the Board of Directors on all aspects of company secretarial, Irish company law and corporate governance matters. Rachel also acts as relationship manager for her portfolio and as one of the main points of contact for clients, their executive and non-executive Directors and service providers.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from NUI Galway and a Masters in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster. She has also completed a Professional Certificate in International Investment Funds with the Institute of Banking. She is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute and the Institute of Banking.
