Hana is a supervising associate in our Corporate & Commercial Group. She trained and qualified in Canada, at one of Canada’s largest leading law firms. She advises a broad range of clients on public and private M&A, investment transactions, reorganisations, and general corporate and commercial matters.
She has a particular focus on cross-border transactions and matters, and as a Japanese speaker, is frequently active on the firm's M&A transactions involving Japanese companies. She also has substantial experience advising on matters of technology, media, and telecommunications, including matters of blockchain technology.
Hana is passionate about developing inclusive and diverse business practices, and as such takes an active role in the firm’s action initiatives, including our Pro Bono sector, women’s network, and more.
