Samantha is an of council in the Structured Finance and Derivatives group in London and a member of the asset-backed finance and securitisation team.
She has extensive experience advising on all forms of asset-backed structures with a particular focus on portfolio acquisitions/disposals, residential mortgage-backed securitisations (RMBS), new origination/forward flow warehousing arrangements, credit card securitisations and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs).
