Nick is a supervising associate in the Digital Business Group in London. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial and technology related matters, including outsourcing arrangements, IT procurement and supply contracts, software licensing, cloud services, and data protection and privacy issues.
Since joining Simmons & Simmons, Nick has spent time on secondment at both a major US crypto exchange and a UK pension fund.
