Ilaria is supervising associate in the Financial Markets group in the Milan office, focusing on debt capital markets.
Her experience covers a wide range of products within capital markets, focusing on offers and listings of debt instruments, as well as tender and exchange offers of securities for both Italian and international clients. She also provides assistance in relation to Green Bonds, Derivatives and regulatory matters.
Ilaria joined us in 2020.
