Lisa’s experience covers the structuring, marketing and establishment of real estate, private equity, infrastructure and debt funds, carried interest and co-investment schemes and other asset management arrangements. In addition to advising and establishing funds with a global or European focus, Lisa has considerable experience in advising on emerging markets focused funds.
Lisa’s practice also includes advising major investors, including a number of sovereign wealth investors, on the terms of their fund investments, highlighting legal risk issues and negotiating terms for all types of fund investments, managed accounts and similar structures.
Lisa advises on the legal and regulatory environment in which funds operate and assists clients with ongoing legal and regulatory obligations and policies, including advising on ESG policies and compliance.
