Jenny specialises in providing company secretarial services and best practice corporate governance advices. She has in-depth knowledge across a number of different sectors encompassing investment funds, management companies and corporate vehicles.
Jenny is the head of the firm’s Corporate Services team, based in Dublin. With specific expertise in providing governance services to asset management entities including UCITS management companies, AIFMs and Super ManCo vehicles, she is also proficient with regards to their corresponding committees including audit, risk, investment and remuneration.
Specialising in providing company secretarial services to MiFID firms, fund service providers, property management companies and special purpose vehicles, she has hands-on experience dealing directly with the Central Bank of Ireland, and has attended and minuted a number of director PRISM interviews. She has also prepared detailed minutes on the basis of these being required for submission to regulators on specific discussion points.
Since joining in 2019, Jenny has established our Corporate Services offering, and was also instrumental in the introduction of our Board Reporting Services. Jenny is an active member of the CRO Stakeholder Forum and a committee member of The Chartered Governance Institute in Ireland.
