Elise is a managing associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial group in Amsterdam. She focuses on corporate law and is particularly skilled at advising private equity sponsors and private equity owned portfolio companies on M&A. She has a background in all aspects of corporate and civil law.
With experience in the private equity sector, clients Elise has worked with include Gilde Equity Management (one of Benelux’s major private equity houses). Working with such clients has given Elise a strong overview of the market, making her a crucial member of the team in Amsterdam. This makes her able to think about more than just the immediate legal issues at stake, meaning she can act in the best interest of the client and provide the most effective legal solutions.
