Eve is a Supervising Associate in the firm's Insurance and Construction group, within our international dispute resolution practice.
Eve acts in defence of negligence claims against a wide range of professionals (including solicitors, architects, design and build contractors and brokers), as well as directors and officers (D&O). She also routinely advises insurers on complex professional indemnity and D&O policy coverage disputes.
Eve's recent caseload includes High Court litigation in both the Technology and Construction courts and the Business List.
Eve joined the firm as a trainee in 2017. During her training contract Eve spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Dubai office, working primarily on construction disputes. Eve also undertook a year-long secondment at a major international insurer, handling a varied caseload of PI, FI and D&O claims. These experiences provided Eve with invaluable insight into the insurance industry, and enabled her to develop a practical understanding of insurer clients’ needs.
