Mark advises on the direct and indirect tax issues affecting clients across all of the firm’s key sectors, with particular emphasis on advising on the tax issues relevant to financial institutions, asset managers and investment funds.
From a transactional perspective, Mark’s primary focus is acting for financial institutions, investment funds and developers operating in the real estate sector, advising on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, fund structuring, asset management and financing transactions.
Mark joined us in 2005 and during his time with the firm has completed secondments to the central tax advisory teams at Schroders and Macquarie.
