Marco specialises in employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
Marco is a supervising associate in our Employment group in Milan. He advises Italian and international clients on all aspects of employment law in Italy.
He advises clients on day-to-day non-contentious matters from advising HR departments on how to manage employment issues as and when they arise, to drafting contracts and key clauses, including non-compete/non-solicitation undertakings.
In addition to non-contentious matters, Marco focuses on employment litigation assisting Italian and multinational corporations with their contentious cases.
Moreover, Marco attended the 2-year labour law course held by AGI (Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, i.e. the Italian Association of Employment Lawyers) and successfully passed the final examination.
