Jeremy is the Head of EU Internationalisation at Simmons & Simmons, responsible for leading the strategic direction of cross-border legal services to meet the dynamic needs of clients throughout Europe. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, fostering seamless collaboration across international boundaries.
Jeremy's leadership is distinguished by his ability to foresee industry trends and provide superior, client-focused solutions. His proactive and innovative approach consistently results in market-leading achievements, inspiring both clients and colleagues.
Previously serving as the firm's managing partner, Jeremy was a driving force behind the firm's international growth and success. His vision for digital transformation positioned Simmons & Simmons as a leader in generative AI, earning numerous awards and accolades. His commitment to progressive people strategies and innovation is evident by the launch of Adaptive in 2014, the firm’s flexible resourcing model, and the acquisition of Wavelength, the first regulated legal engineering business, in 2019.
Before his appointment as managing partner, Jeremy held various leadership roles at the firm across the finance, capital markets, and financial services groups. His international experience, having lived and worked in London and Hong Kong, enhances his outlook as he moves to Milan to lead EU internationalisation efforts.
As a member of the firm’s International Executive Committee, Jeremy continues to work on initiatives that will help the firm achieve its strategic goals, further demonstrating his commitment to collaboration and legal excellence.
