Christina specialises in complex patent disputes, advising clients on UK litigation strategy alongside the coordination of parallel litigation in Europe.
Christina is a Managing Associate in the IP Group in London. Throughout her career, Christina has worked on contentious and non-contentious IP matters across the firm’s sectors. Christina leverages her technical background in molecular biology when working on matters in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. Recent patent litigation matters range from blockbuster small molecule drugs and monoclonal antibody therapies to transcatheter heart valves. Christina has also worked on a number of important patent term extension (SPC) matters, both in the UK and Australia.
Christina understands the importance of having a co-ordinated litigation strategy, with many of her matters involving parallel litigation in Europe, the US and Canada.
In addition to her disputes practice, Christina regularly advises on commercial IP issues.
