Beth has significant experience defending employers in complex, reputationally-sensitive claims in the Employment Tribunal, often in the context of a regulated environment. She has a particular focus on issues surrounding protection of employee data and provides practical solutions to handling sensitive employee data subject access requests.

Beth advises regularly on the full range of employment matters including managing complex and sensitive grievance and disciplinary investigations, cross-border employment advice projects and TUPE and issues arising from acquisitions.

Beth has spent time on secondments to a financial institution and a large tech, media and telecoms company.
