On 8 May, the European Commission published its draft guidelines on transparency obligations for AI systems, which are intended to serve as practical guidance for compliance with the AI Act’s four transparency obligations. While the guidelines are subject to a consultation ending on 3 June, they will form critical guidance for organisations providing or deploying AI systems subject to the AI Act.
Minesh Tanna, Alejandro Guerrero, William Dunning, Robert Brodrick-Clacy and Olivia Gao hosted a webinar on the takeaways from the EU AI Act draft Transparency Guidelines.
We ran this webinar twice in order to cover as many international timezones as possible. A recording was also made available on demand afterwards.
