International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised the founders of Mitchell McDermott Construction Consultants on an investment in the business by international private equity investor MML Capital Partners.
This transaction marks a significant milestone for Mitchell McDermott, enabling the firm to expand its data centre, residential, and other core business operations across Europe.
The team advising on this transaction was led by partners Micheál Mulvey, Colleen Cleary and Rachel Stanton from the firm's Dublin office, alongside London-based partners Richard Kyle and David Trapp, supported by a cross-border team.
