For the second successive year, Simmons & Simmons’ Global Managing Partner Emily Monastiriotis and UK Country Head Penny Miller have been named in Financial News’ 50 Most Influential Lawyers list.
The prestigious list celebrates outstanding leaders in management roles at top-tier law firms and practices. Both Emily and Penny were included in last year’s list shortly after being appointed in their current roles.
In the latest 2026 list, Financial News highlights Emily’s leadership in driving the firm’s international growth strategy, including new office openings in the Middle East and its Asia expansion, alongside Penny’s role leading the UK workforce and continued advisory work on governance, conduct risk and regulatory reform.
