Sustainable Financing and Green Bonds

This session discussed the increasing popularity of sustainable financing opportunities and solutions. It examined some of the well-established green bond structures, the market and key legal updates. In addition, where green bonds have traditionally dominated the market, new structures are being developed, fuelled by innovations in technology, as to how financial strategies can be implemented to improve companies ESG commitments. This session looked at some of the new financial products being developed to further ESG goals. This included Sustainable Linked Loans, Sustainable Trade & Supply Chain Notes and Sustainable Asset Backed Securities.
