Green Pass Certificate requirement for workplace access

The Italian government has issued a "Green pass” requirement from 15 October.

Prospectus rules

Consob has launched a public consultation relating to the changes to be made to the Issuers' Regulation to accommodate recent changes to the EU prospectus rules aimed at allowing, in connection with the pandemic crisis, companies, including SMEs, to raise capital. The consultation paper is available in Italian only.

Consob has also published guidance on the scrutiny and approval process for prospectuses in order to facilitate the efficient and timely approval of prospectuses and to support external parties through the formalities required for their filing.
