This three part on-demand webinar series will look at the key issues and considerations relating to shareholders disputes at Hong Kong listed companies. We will be taking a look at this from multiple perspectives, including disputes, listing compliance and regulatory risk. A panel of lawyers from our Dispute Resolution and Corporate teams will discuss the various themes and issues that companies should expect to arise throughout the process, and give advice on how to navigate and respond to said issues. The series will follow a case study of an injunction at a Hong Kong listed company, from the original receipt of the injunction application, through to settlement.
