FCA ending extended deadlines for producing reports and accounts
The FCA is starting to bring to an end the temporary extension it allowed for firms to produce annual and half-yearly reports and accounts.
In April, because of the operational challenges posed by COVID-19 restrictions, the FCA allowed fund managers a temporary extension of time in which to produce their annual and half-yearly reports and accounts.
On 9 September 2020, the FCA updated its webpage to inform firms that this temporary relief will be coming to an end in stages over the coming months.
The FCA will continue to monitor the situation over the coming months. We will be monitoring any changes.
