Deniz is a legal professional from Germany with a passion for innovation and design thinking. Transitioning from legal innovation consultancy to her current role as a legal designer at Simmons Wavelength, she brings a unique blend of legal expertise and creative problem-solving.
Certified as a Design Thinker (HPI), SCRUM Master (PSM I) and Product Owner (PSPO I), she has been instrumental in driving forward agile innovation projects at the intersection of human, law and technology.
Her dedication to making legal processes more intuitive and accessible is evident in her work, ranging from overseeing the implementation contract management systems, analysing legal operation processes, and developing user-friendly services and communication concepts for legal departments.
Deniz has served as a lecturer for Data Science & Law at the University of Ulm, a guest lecturer for Legal Design in an LL.M. program at the University of Passau and delivered several keynote speeches on Legal Design. Additionally, she worked as a Design Thinking Coach at Campus Founders in Heilbronn.
