Sophie is an experienced finance lawyer specialising in real estate finance. She has a practical and commercial approach to leading transactions for both borrowers and lenders on complex investment and development finance arrangements. Prior to working at Simmons she has undertaken a number of secondments in-house in banks advising on a variety of finance products and structures including one at an independent UK Sharia’s compliant bank in their real estate division.
