Ronan specialises in real estate finance. He advises on a wide range of transactions across the market advising bank lenders, financial institutions, funds, insurers, borrowers and sponsors (on senior, mezzanine and junior positions), across a broad range of asset classes.
Ronan is Of Counsel in the UK Real Estate Finance practice. He specialises in advising on real estate investment and development finance transactions – including event-driven transactions involving corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
His recent experience includes advising on UK and European BTR and PRS developments, logistics, retail, ground rent and student accommodation deals.
Ronan joined us in 2018 as an Adaptive Consultant and became Of Counsel in 2022. He has completed secondments to a global investment bank (European CRE origination team) and a global bank (Structured Finance transaction management team).
