Sheila specialises in banking and finance. She has advised numerous local and international banks and other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on various financing structures.
Sheila is part of the firm’s Financial Markets group in Singapore. She has a focus in general lending, syndicated finance, asset finance and project finance. She also has experience in commodity and trade finance, funds finance and shipping finance.
Sheila was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014 and joined us in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she was part of the Assets & Structured Finance group of a leading international law firm.
