Charlotte assists French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law, whether in collective or individual matters.
She advises on a wide range of employment issues related to employment contracts, from start to termination, including negotiations and litigation. She also assists companies in dealing with employees’ representative bodies such as implementation of new regulations and policies, elections and information and consultation procedures.
Her work includes contentious and non-contentious matters.
Charlotte is qualified as a French lawyer and joined Simmons & Simmons in 2019. She holds a postgraduate degree in Employment law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Her prior experience includes other international law firms in France and in the UK.
