The course will be structured out as per the event details below.
In the sessions we will be speaking on a clause-by-clause basis and perform some group exercises so you can assess on the spot the effectiveness of the session. We will also address any EMIR obligations impacting the documentation.

Session 1
This will be an introductory training session for people that are not very familiar with the legal side of OTC derivatives. We will discuss products, regulatory perspectives, the basics and architecture of the ISDA Master Agreement and legal opinions.
Session 2 will build on the areas covered in this session so we highly recommend attending Session 1 to make the most out of the successive sessions.

Session 2
This session will cover more advanced training about the ISDA Master Agreement and the Credit Support Annex (2016 ISDA VM CSA). We will also discuss a termination procedure. This is targeted at people who have already worked with ISDA documentation or those who would like a refresh, or simply wish to know it all.

Session 3
This session will cover any topics we did not get to in Session 2, the new ISDA initial margin documentation and clearing documentation.
