Digital Nomads - next steps towards solutions

During the most recent UN Tax Committee meeting in October 2023, Committee members grappled with understanding the tangible tax problems presented by employees working cross border. They need more concrete, tangible examples so that any proposed solution is actually effective.

With this in mind, we have a series of practical examples that spell out the tax challenges presented by cross border working. We hope to use these to put forward solutions that will materially help improve tax compliance and tax certainty for business.

We are again asking for your input, assistance and suggestions during a one hour in person webinar, in which we will update you on recent developments and present case studies to help scope out solutions for commonly encountered situations. The input from the webinar will again help to design our submission to the UN Tax Committee, which has indicated that it will address these issues during their next meeting in March 2024.
