Flash Call: Individual Accountability – Administrative Sanctions

Following the conclusion of its consultation on the individual accountability framework on 13 June, the Central Bank has launched a new consultation on proposed changes to the Administrative Sanctions Procedure.

We will be holding a flash call on Wednesday 28 June to discuss the consultations main proposals, including the extension of the ASP to include direct enforcement against individuals, and the new provisions on investigations, inquiries and settlements.
