The long-awaited judgment in HP v Autonomy was handed down on 17 May 2022; it arises from the UK’s biggest ever fraud trial, and correspondingly large 2,000+ page judgment, against Dr Mike Lynch and Sushovan Hussain (for whom our firm acted).
