Client update: FCA statement on hybrid working/home visits

We have been receiving numerous enquiries from clients on the FCA’s recent statement around expectations of firms regarding remote or hybrid working (see here).

The statement sets out to provide guidance for firms regarding reasonable steps for Senior Managers in a hybrid working environment.

However, most clients are concerned about the statement from the FCA that they are entitled to have access to residential addresses.
