Managing risk: The data gap

Our panel will discuss issues relating to data transfers in the context of disputes where litigation exceptions are not in place, particularly in light of the Schrems II decision.

We will highlight key risks, including patterns seen in many of the disputes on which we act, and new trends and issues coming to light. Discussion will also emphasise best practice in handling cross-border transfers for investigations and arbitration.
