We are delighted to have Dame Inga Beale, the first female CEO of Lloyd’s of London, joining us to talk about her efforts to change and modernise the culture at the 330 year old exchange.

At a time when diversity & inclusion has never been higher on board agendas, Inga’s insights on the challenges of effecting meaningful and sustainable change will be of interest to GCs, Heads of Legal, Heads of Culture, Employment lawyers and HR / People professionals across all sectors.

Inga has almost four decades of experience in global financial services. She was awarded a Damehood in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to the economy and for her contributions to driving the inclusion agenda for women and the LGBT+ community.

This event will be chaired by employment partner, Olly Jones.
