Crypto assets webinar series

Join us the second session in our series of virtual sessions on crypto assets. This session will cover and contrast the current and potential future regulatory regimes in China, including Hong Kong, and in Singapore. Our colleagues Grace Chong from our Singapore office and Yongmei Cai, from our Beijing office will consider the market, action taken by regulators in respect of crypto providers and the regulators' stance on the FATF requirements and licensing generally. Building on our first session, a recording of which is available here, we'll contrast the approach taken in these countries with the European regulations. The session will be moderated by Jochen Kindermann and Rosali Pretorius.
